The Colina Project is located 10 kilometres from the town of Salinas in the world class mining jurisdiction of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
PLS acquired the Colina Project in 2025 following the acquisition of Latin Resources who discovered and developed the asset and engaged with the community about the project over a period of 10 years.
The state of Minas Gerais is well serviced by infrastructure, roads, hydroelectric power, water and the port of Vitoria in the neighbouring Espirito Santo State.
The development of the Colina Project leverages PLS’ proven experience in developing and operating hard rock lithium projects while providing new supply opportunities into the North American and European battery markets.
PLS is committed to continuing to partner with the community of Salinas to ensure enduring value is created through the development of this project.
