We provide our Graduates a dynamic, supportive environment where people are encouraged to bring creative thinking to work to harness the opportunities this new industry brings.
Our structured 2-year program is designed to set you up for success by offering training, hands on experience and professional development opportunities.
Successful applicants will be offered permanent positions and will be given rotations relevant to their discipline. Site based positions will work a roster of 8 days on, 6 days off.

Application process
The application process is designed to make you feel comfortable and engaged, and as enjoyable as possible. Here’s what to expect:
1. Online application form – tell us about you, your skills and experiences.
2. Video interview – an online recorded video interview to understand more about your motivations and passions.
3. Engagement centre – some interactive activities and a chance to meet some of the PLS team.
4. Interview – a brief one on one interview with a senior representative from PLS.
